Our Christmas Cards with a Defender 110 || Ogden Photographer, Utah Photographer

We’ve had snow on the ground for over a week. The fall decorations are boxed away and we’re slowly decorating for Christmas. And I must add, our car, a 1992 Land Rover Defender 110, has never looked so good. Yes, I know that’s a bold statement, but we love this car and all it’s quirks. Since we had it imported from Europe earlier this year, I have been envisioning our Christmas card with Big Red, finding the perfect little 9-foot Christmas tree to go on top, and the right snowy road for our family pictures. With the help of my neighbor and niece, we were able to pull it off to perfection last night and I couldn’t be more excited with the result.

I’m not going to share our family pictures just yet, but here is a sneak of some of the magic that was created. Isn’t she adorable!?

My kids, like most kids, are getting to the age where family pictures are becoming a chore. They don’t want to be there and in the end, they just want it over with. However, this year they were jazzed… not only do they think of Big Red as a cool car, they love the jungle gym aspect of it and how they can climb on the hood, the roof, sit in the back, etc. It’s pretty rad. And also a huge relief when it comes to getting “that shot”.

So my question to you, if I were to offer family pictures with the Defender in a snowy location, maybe have a fire and a vintage sled, hot cocoa, wool blankets, or whatever else we could dream up, would you be interested? I know I am, but it’s YOU that has the vote. Can’t wait to hear what you think by clicking the button below.

Cheers!
