Say "hello" to Big Red, our Land Rover Defender 110

It is with great excitement that I introduce you to our new [used] Land Rover Defender 110. Five months ago, we purchased her from a salesman in Europe. We knew it would take time to get her here, but never did we think it would take that long. But I suppose the saying is true… “some things are just worth waiting for”.

After the sale, there was so much paperwork and waiting. It wasn’t bad, but after each milestone it felt like the duration between milestones went longer than the previous. Luckily, when she finally arrived in Salt Lake she came better than expected and drove like a champ. It was definitely scary purchasing something this pricey without seeing it in person, but we’re thankful it worked out…. because it was love at first sight ;)
