Each day this week it got a little cooler, a little darker, and a little wetter than the previous as the temperatures dropped and a heavy grey blanket filled the sky.
It was a rainy Thursday morning both here and in Bakersfield when Britney and I decided to drive our littles to school/bus stop vs having them walk. In that moment we each decided to document it, at separate times of the morning (which we later learned were only 30-minutes apart from one another), with the same perspective, capturing the raindrops on the windshield, and with our widest focal length of 24mm. When we realized we had taken the exact. same. picture. we were speechless, yet laughing at the rare occurrence that moment was worth documenting. Even as I type this I'm still in complete shock, but also so very thankful for these are the moments that make this project so amazing. I hope you enjoy.
*As a general reminder, my images are on the left and hers on the right.
